At Strapwala, every strap is built with care, inspected for quality, and shipped securely. Since our products are made in limited batches and carefully handled, we do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for any reason other than functional or shipping-related issues.
No Returns or Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations, change-of-mind returns, or refund requests under any circumstances. Before placing an order, please read the full product descriptions, specifications, and policies carefully. If you have even the slightest doubt about size, finish, strap compatibility, or authenticity—please reach out to us via email or Instagram before ordering. We will always be transparent and help you make an informed decision.
Orders once placed are processed immediately and may involve sizing, inspection, or preparation work, which cannot be reversed.
If There Is a Problem with Your Order
If you experience a mismatch, transit damage, or functionality issue with your product upon delivery, please contact us at hello@strapwala.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to either:
- Repair the product
- Replace it (if eligible)
- Or provide an alternative solution
Our goal is to ensure your strap fits and functions as promised.
Timelines for replacements:
1–2 working days from the receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Support After Delivery
Even beyond delivery, we’re here to help. If you face functionality issues after weeks or months—or even accidental damage—we’re happy to assist with:
- Discounted repair support
- Free minor fixes (just pay shipping)
- Strap fitting guidance
We want your strap to last and perform well over time.
Order Refusals & Delivery Issues
If a prepaid order is refused on delivery or returned due to:
- Wrong address/phone number
- Repeated failed delivery attempts
- Unavailability at time of delivery
…the order will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping is possible only after the customer pays additional shipping fees. No cancellations or refunds are possible in these cases.

Order Cancellation Charges
All cancellations—if permitted—will incur a 100% deduction of order value due to immediate processing and handling. No exceptions.
In rare cases where a refund is processed (at our discretion), please note:
- Timeline: 1–2 working days
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
